How to add Champions League fixtures to your calendar

Add to Google Calendar

Copy the subscription link, open Google Calendar on a computer, then choose Other calendars → From URL. Paste the link and select Add calendar. Google controls the refresh timing, so a late fixture change may take time to appear.

Add to Apple Calendar

On Mac, copy the link and choose File → New Calendar Subscription. On iPhone or iPad, use Add Subscription Calendar in Calendar settings. Choose an auto-refresh interval when Apple offers the option.

Add to Outlook

Copy the link, choose Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste the URL and name the calendar. Choose Import only for a fixed copy. Subscribed calendars may take time to show a late fixture change.

Inside the ICS feed

What each Champions League calendar event includes

1

Fixture and competition round

The event title shows the home and away clubs. The description identifies the round and adds the available US TV listing.
2

Timezone-safe kickoff

The feed stores a universal timestamp. Google, Apple or Outlook converts it to the timezone set in that calendar account or device.
3

Venue and reminder

The stadium appears when it is known, and the event uses the 15-minute, one-hour or one-day reminder selected above.
Fix common calendar problems

Missing, duplicated or incorrectly timed fixtures

A new match has not appeared

First check that you subscribed by URL instead of importing a file. Calendar apps choose their own refresh schedule, so allow time for the provider to request a fresh feed.

The same match appears twice

Keep one subscription only. Duplicates usually mean the feed was both subscribed to and imported, or the same ICS file was imported more than once.

The kickoff is one hour early or late

Check the timezone on both the calendar account and device. The feed stores universal kickoff times; the receiving app decides the local display and daylight-saving offset.

Quick answers

Champions League calendar FAQs

How do I add the Champions League schedule to Google Calendar?

Choose all matches or one club, click Copy subscription link, then open Google Calendar on a computer and select Other calendars, From URL. Paste the link and add the calendar.

Should I subscribe or import the Champions League calendar?

Subscribe by URL when you want the calendar app to check the feed for fixture changes. Download and import the ICS file when you only need a one-time snapshot.

Will a subscribed Champions League calendar update automatically?

The feed includes newly listed matches and schedule changes, but Google, Apple and Outlook decide when to refresh subscriptions. A change can therefore take several hours to appear.

Does the Champions League calendar use my timezone?

Yes. Events use universal kickoff timestamps, so the calendar app displays them in the timezone configured on your device or calendar account, including daylight-saving changes.

Can I add only my club's Champions League fixtures?

Yes. Select the club before downloading or copying the subscription URL. The resulting feed contains only that club's currently listed matches.

Why do I see duplicate Champions League fixtures?

The feed was probably imported more than once or both imported and subscribed to. Remove the extra imported events or calendar and keep one subscription.

Do I need an account to create the calendar?

No. The calendar builder is free and does not ask for an email address or site account.
